Department Directory

The Department of Zoning and Code Enforcement is located in the lower level of Borough Hall. 

Steve Roe is the Borough Code Enforcement Officer and is responsible for the investigation of complaints and the enforcement of the Borough's zoning and property maintenance laws and regulations, as well as the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy for property sales or rentals. 

Matthew Zahorsky, P.E. is the Borough Zoning Review Officer responsible for reviewing proposed development plans and determining whether the property owner may proceed to the Construction Department for permits or whether they are required to seek approval from the Planning Board.

Code Enforcement Hours:  Mon & Wed  8am - 2pm    Fridays by appointment

Zoning Review Officer: Tue & Wed 12 Noon - 1pm   and Fridays 12:30pm - 4pm
