 Councilman Joseph Rizzo was first elected to the Borough Council in November, 1991 to a three year term from 1992 to 1994, re-elected to another three year term from 1995 to 1997, and again elected to another three year term from 1998 to 2000. After a brief hiatus due to professional commitments, Mr. Rizzo was again elected to the Borough Council for his current three year term form 2006 to 2008. Mr. Rizzo serves as the Borough Council Class II member of the Borough Planning Board, as well as serving on the Council Environmental Affairs, Public Infrastructure and Historic Preservation Committees.
Mr. Rizzo is a partner in the Princeton office of the firm of RMJM Hillier Architects and a twenty year resident of Spring Lake.
