PLEASE NOTE:  The Borough Code is updated annually to include any new ordinances, in an effort to keep it as up to date as is practical.  However, it is always possible that new ordinances have been adopted since the time of the most recent Code update which have either amended existing code provisions or added new code provisions.  Liste below are Ordinances which have been adopted since the last updating of the Borough Code.  These ordinances will open as Adobe PDF documents and you will need to have the free Adobe Reader software installed to view them.
