 Francis S. Quinn, Jr. has served as a Spring Lake Borough Councilman since January 1, 2006. Prior to his election to the Council, he served for six years as a member of the Borough's Planning Board. Mr. Quinn serves on the Council Finance and COAH Committees and is the Council Liaison for Beachfront Operations.
A Spring Lake resident for more than forty-five years, Mr. Quinn is employed as a Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor with PNC Wealth Management in Red Bank. A 1982 graduate of the George Washington University with a B.A. in Economics, Mr. Quinn is now in his third year at Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. He resides at 304 Salem Avenue with his wife, Patricia, and two children, Brian and Katherine.
